As we have entered into Lockdown, please note the following changes here at GRVH Due to the changes mandated by the provincial government we will be closing our waiting room until further notice. What you should expect:... When ordering products and medication refills please allow 7-10 days. We are seeing delays in shipments and availability of certain products is limited. Pre pay for items and services over the phone whenever possible. We prefer to take phone payments for the safety of our staff. We will not be accepting cash. When coming to the clinic for an appointment you will be prescreened for COVID-19. Please remember to wear a mask and maintain a 2 meter/6 foot distance from the team. We will be utilizing our outdoor examination rooms, please dress accordingly. Please be aware that we have a high demand for appointments, we will do everything we can to try to accommodate specific doctor requests but in emergency situations it may not be possible that your pet see your preferred doctor. Our service may not be as quick as you are used to. Please be patient and kind to our team! We have added additional staff to help accommodate curbside and parking lot services.
