Welcome to the first Wednesday of 2021 , New Year , New Look . Traditionally it is slower at this time of year , still some have moved and are moving . In the Grande Prairie County and City over the last seven days there has been , 32 new listings , 22 price reductions , 13 pending sales , 27 sold . There are currently 633 listings on the market which is a dip from a few weeks ago we were over 700 . Looking forward to what 2021 has to offer us and new learning and challenges .
