Hello Everyone, If you have registered for the event you should have received the following email: COVID-19 UPDATE... HELLO GRAVEL GROWLER 2020 PARTICIPANTS! Due to the rapidly changing situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the very difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Gravel Growler. During this time, the health and safety of our community is what is most important. We thank you for your patience and ongoing support and look forward to being able to provide an amazing event experience in 2021! Please remember to stay safe, continue social distancing and be kind to one another. We have outlined the options below regarding registration fees: OPTION 1: Donate your registration fee. You will receive a tax receipt for the full amount of your registration fee. OR OPTION 2: Request a partial refund. We will refund 75% of your registration fee. OR OPTION 3: Defer your registration to next year. Your 2020 Gravel Growler registration will be deferred to next years' event. The committee will be in contact with you before 2021 registration opens and provide you a code to register. Please let us know what you would like to do with your registration by May 8, 2020. How to do this: Log in to your Participant Dashboard Click 'Edit Registration' Answer the question under 'Registration Questions' OR Send us a direct message with your preference. How much water do you drink on your rides? While it can be a challenge at times to keep up with the suggested one bottle(20-25oz) per hour when on the bike, your body will love you for it. Plain water is better then nothing, but add something like @hammercanada HEED Sports Drink to keep those electrolytes topped up no matter the temperature outside.
