Greater Victoria has had an inventory problem for a number of years. In fact, the number of residential listings in the 'high season' (March through October) has been lower than traditional levels in the 'low season' (November through February). As such, the sky high sales (demand) coupled with very low inventory (supply) is likely to result in a further increase in prices here...

Greater Victoria is on fire. We have set an all-time record for monthly sales for the month of July, the month of August, the month of September, and now for the month of October. In fact, sales for October were up a whopping 60% over October 2019.
