Meet Slavic Rolls Slavic Rolls offers a great tasting BAKED pastry dessert cinnamon rolls filled with vanilla ice cream and made fresh in front of customers. Their Bavarian cream nutella and vanilla ice cream mix cinnamon rolls is the crowd favorite! This past year has been challenging for their small business, but like everyone else they are looking forward to a better season and adding more exciting new flavours to share with their customers. Hugs Donuts was a part of Brentwood Great Takeout at Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival this past year, they are known for their Classic Cinnamon/Sugar mini donuts, they are known for their Classic Hugs (fun fact: 95% of their customers ask for the classic!) It has been challenging for us, business was down more than 75% in 2020, compared to year before. It is difficult without events, we definitely miss the excitement of the larger crowds. However, we really enjoyed The ...Great Take Out, Brentwood residents are super friendly, genuinely excited and loyal to their community. The reason why Hugs Donuts was started is because they believe it’s a treat that hearken to fun, simpler times in our generation; and because the enjoyment of them brings out the kid in all of us! IN THE NEWS WITH Vancouver Is Awesome The Greater Vancouver Food Truck Festival has re-tooled their events to suit the current restrictions on gatherings and physical distancing. One of their refreshed events started in June in Burnaby, and will continue all summer on Saturdays. Structured as a "take-out" event, the fest takes place in Burnaby’s Brentwood area at 2150 Alpha Avenue.
