Welcome we are ready for all of you tommorw. Below is a few pictures for everyone’s safety which is very important for all of you. We are so excited to see everyone and how all of you have waited patiently. We do have a few new policies and protocols in effect that have to be followed in order to open. *No outside food or drinks *Arrive alone to your scheduled appointment and on time. If your late you will have to reschedule your appointment. Everyone entering the... salon must come wearing a face mask, if you arrive with no mask you will be asked to purchase one for $2. When arriving for your appointment please wait in your car until we give you the ok to come in. When entering the salon you will be scanned for a temperature reading and also asked to sanitize your hands. We will have to be 6 ft apart Any clients receiving color services will be asked to wait in their cars or outside in back ( what ever works for you ) while the color processes (we will provide you with a cap) After the processing time I will text you to come back in to get your color washed and shampooed and ready to finally get a haircut!!!! *there will be NO BLOWDRIES for the time being There can also be a price increase in colors due to extra product and regrowth over the last 3 months if needed. Hope you can understand that this is all to keep everyone safe while still being able to get your hair done!! Stylists are very excited to be welcoming you back into their salons. In an effort to help them on this journey, please keep the following in mind: 1. Be patient when booking an appointment. Salons are trying to book hundreds of people back in all at once with a list of restrictions.... 2.We need to keep each other safe, so please dont push back on the rules. If you are asked to wear a mask, please put it on. Bring a book in case you have to wait in your car until they are ready for you. If they ask to take your temperature, please let them. Following the guidelines is how salons and other businesses will STAY OPEN. 3. Arrive at your appointment alone. Unfortunately, that also means no children. Salons are only allowed to have a certain number of people at a time. 4. Dont be surprised if you are informed that your appointment back might cost a bit more than your usual appointments. This is because they may need to use more product than normal. You have a minimum 3 months of regrowth... If you used a box colour instead of a salon root touch-up kit, your stylist may have to take more steps to return your hair safely to the proper colour. Also future prices will also increase. 5. Please cancel your appointment if you're sick - even a little cough or scratchy throat. Be extra cautious. Stylists will also be required to call in sick for any of the same reasons, so please don't be upset if your appointment has to be changed. We all need to protect each other. 6. Practice social distancing with other clients. 7. Things may take a little longer as stylists learn to work within the restrictions. Be kind. We are also new to this. 8. Realize that the staff are doing their best. 9. Be happy; you're finally getting your hair done!. 10. Copy and Paste/share.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN TRAVELLING in the past 14-21 days, please call the salon and cancel your appointment. We are calling all clients tomorrow and you will be re-booked. Closures are coming by the day and we will let you know when/if they shut down the Salon/Spa industry. Keep an eye on your news for updates as they happen constantly.

Some of our staff are on vacation and will NOT be returning to the salon upon arrival back home. They will be taking the mandatory 14 self isolation period.
