To Our Valued Customers . . First, we would like to start off by saying thank you for all of your support over the past 4 years and definitely throughout COVID-19. The past four months have not been easy for some and we appreciate you all for supporting us and continuing to choose us for your coffee needs. ... . . Secondly, we just want to update you all on some changes happening here at Ground Up Roastery. With everything going on and life returning slowly to normal, we have taken some time to reevaluate our schedule for deliveries. For the most part, our deliveries have been scattered throughout the week from Monday to Friday. With careful deliberation, beginning July 6, 2020, we have decided to offer free delivery Monday-Wednesday with delivery option available Thursday to Saturday but with a $5 delivery fee. This will mean that people scheduled for Thursday and Friday deliveries will now have their delivery day switched to Wednesday. Our delivery radius has not changed and we continue to deliver anywhere in Lambton County. . . While this may mean our shops will be temporarily closed and you wont be able to visit us, there is good news! Since we will be roaming the land in our exile, we may be passing by your area! We can discreetly deliver our coffee without violating the terms of our exile. ... We will be continuing to offer our fresh roasted coffee free delivery service to Lambton County. To improve the safety of our beloved citizens we will be moving to contactless deliveries. Your coffee will be left at your front door in a sheltered location. We will accept payments by e-transfer or if you would prefer to pay by credit we will send an invoice that will allow online payments.
