Hi friends We hope you all had a great summer despite the pandemic and we look forward to seeing you at GSEC meetings this semester We will be conducting virtual weekly meetings on Microsoft teams. Here is the link: https://teams.microsoft.com//19%3aaba9eea2b/conversations We will have bi-weekly general meetings with a similar format as the past couple of semesters (specific themes, guest speakers, workshops, etc). In addition to these general meetings we are introduci...ng new action groups which will have their own smaller meetings (5-10 people)! There will be 5 different groups to choose from, these groups will have action items that they work towards completing by the end of the semester or year. The action groups will touch on deforestation, water rights, agriculture, fossil fuels and waste. We will touch on these more at our first meeting! BIG NEWS from Fossil Free Guelph!!!!

LAST CHANCE FOR GSEC TOTES! If you couldn't make it out to our meeting last night it's not too late to purchase our reusable tote bags. They are $15 each and $5 from that goes towards the Australian Wildlife Conservancy. Support a great cause and promote an environmental message! They will be available for pick up at our next meeting February 11th.
