E V A C U A T I O N . . We knew this day would come when an evacuation would be necessary, as there have been talks of La Soufriere erupting for quite some time now.... There are about 16K people in the Red Zone that will need to be evacuated. Neighbouring islands such as St.Lucia; Grenada; Barbados; and Antigua said they would be accepting evacuees. Royal Caribbean and Carnival cruise ships expect to arrive by tomorrow to help as well. Prayers going out to everyone on the island. We hope this coordinated effort will run smoothly. R O C K I T O U T . .... At the end of March 2020, I shaved my hair for a fresh start (last photo). I wanted to see how much growth I could possibly get in a year....So now that I have done that, I'll most likely cut it down again and perhaps go blonde at some point (soon-ish). . . Hair is part of our identity and also an accessary...Most people are caught up on length and fullness, but for years I have been telling folks to focus on hair health and the length will come. Unfortunately, how thick or thin each hair strand is won't change. There are products that will give an illusion of thicker hair strands if you have fine hair, but what we have is what we got! For that reason it's best to focus on hair health. . . All hair is Good Hair and there pros and cons to everyone's hair. We just have to find a way to make it work...and remember nothing will work without a good haircut/shape. So rock your hair short, medium length or long.
