This goverment we have is a joke. I have gone above and beyond to keep the clients in my Salon safe. I don't accept walk-ins, only allow 1 client per stylist in at a time, take temperatures upon arrival, sanitize everything the client has come incontact with including a clean and sanitize cape for each client, keep my door locked, masks are mandatory both for myself and client, and I wear protective eyewear. I have installed dividers between the chairs and at the shampoo st...ation and sanitizer at the front door. But what really pisses me off is you can walk into a big box store with hundreds of people with no protection or self distancing. Where in the hell is the logic there. I really wish this could be over soon. I don't know how much more I can lose during this pandemic. It's not like I could do a curbside haircut or a color. My rant for today! IMPORTANT ANNOUCNEMENT ! As the news come out today about moving Simcoe/Muskoka into the red zone on Monday, rest assured we are doing everything in our power to remain open. Gina and myself are doing everything we can to keep our clients safe. We are only allowing one client each and we sanitize after each client. Well we have been back in the salon for 7 weeks now and what a ride. We are still trying to catch up on all of our wonderful clients. Gina and myself are taking this weekend off to catch our breath. We can't thank all of you enough for following our rules during this uncertain time. We hope you all have a great Civic holiday weekend and we will be back on Tuesday refreshed!!! Stay safe

After a long wait I finally got my hair done By my favourite hairdresser thanks so much Sue as always you do an amazing job

I was happy to shave some hair for a great cause. Thank you Sandra Squire from the Lions club for asking me I was very honoured.

When coming for your hair service we ask that you come alone, children under 12 accompanied by one parent only. If you have more than one child please make arrangements to bring one at a time. Wear a mask ( bring one ), knock on our door and we will acknowledge you and let you in when it's safe to do so. Please try not to bring extras like bags, food or drinks. We are not accepting any walk-ins . Thank you .

We have been back for a couple of days now and it's still learning process, but don't we look awesome in our matching masks.

So excited we are ready to get back behind our chairs. We have been working very hard to make sure our clients have a pleasant and safe experience when the come to see us for their service. There will only be one client each so social distancing will not be a problem. Each client is asked to arrive at their give time wearing a mask . Please knock on the door and we will let you in once we have sanitized after each client. Can't wait to see you all !!!

Gina and I have been busy getting ready to open. We have been overwhelmed with calls. We are working hard to fit everyone in as quickly as we can. Things will be different when you come to see us. We appreciate your patience. Please leave us a message if we can't answer your call and we will respond as soon as possible. At this time we will only be booking clients already in our system. Yeah!!! We can reopen. The salon will be reopening on Monday June 15th. Gina and myself will be in the salon Wed and Thurs June 10th & 11th to start booking appointments. Things will not be the same as you are use to. Please be patient with us as we are still waiting to find out from the Simcoe-Muskoka health unit what regulations will be in place for us. If you would like to book an appointment please give us a call starting Wed. We are so excited to finally get to see our amazing clients. Thank you all of your support during these hard times.

I want to thank all of our clients who have reached out to check in on Gina and myself. We have now been closed for 80 days and I know we are all in need of a haircut. We have been asked to do backyard haircuts, but Gina and myself are not comfortable doing so. Please please be patient with us as we are all waiting for the news as to when we can reopen. For myself I have an elderly father who I care for and can't take any chances with his health. Thank you and we can't wait to see you as much as you can't wait to see us. Sue & Gina

Hello to all of our clients, hope you are keeping well. We miss you all and we are trying to survive during this social distancing. We have recieved many phone calls and messages asking us to put you on a list for an appointment as soon as we are open. There have been so many that there is now way we can call each of you personally . We ask that you please keep listening to the news and checking our page as to when we will re open for business. UPDATE: with the growing concern over the COVID-19 virus we are taking every precaution we can for our clients and ourselves. We will remain open but will be here for shortened hours. We have been sanitizing after each client and ask if you have been out of the country or have been ill to please wait to book with us until you have done your 14 day quarantine. With the Covid 19 virus we would like to ask our clients who have travelled to any of the high risk country's not to book an appointment with us until you have been home for at least 14 days. As being self employed if we can't work we have no source of income. Thank you in advance for you co-operation.
