In the link below, Dr. Frank Lipman recommends Restorative Yoga Open Chest pose twice a day for seasonal blues. Here is a photo of the pose. Note the head is lower than the chest BUT the neck is long (not crunched back) and supported by blankets. You can use a tightly rolled blanket as a bolster under your ribs. It can feel a little unfamiliar but should not be painful.
