Of course this was on our radar given our business is about providing sustainably sourced seafood and supporting communities, the ones we feed and the ones we purchase from where the fisher people and their families live and work. We're now taking orders for whole rainbow trout. If you haven't had our trout before, we source it from Kolapore Springs near the Blue Mountains. Firmer texture, more flavour than conventional trout. $15/lb, please have your order in by this Thursday. $25 deposit.
