hey friends. everyone has a lot of things to say right now. i don't know what to say yet. i don't really have the heart to cast too many more syllables into the dense pixel ether. there are so many species of struggle, it's flabbergasting, and i'm just trying to listen through. i would urge you, though - if you have the means and the meaning - to find all the musicians whose music you love on their bandcamp pages and buy their work tomorrow. bandcamp is waiving their share of... all revenues Friday March 20th so that all the proceeds go straight to the artists. this is probably the single most helpful and dignified way to support musicians at the moment. i have records too, i'd love for you to have them --> https://hannahepperson.bandcamp.com/ love you lots. hope you're taking care. put your hands into the dirt, try reading Richard Powers "The Overstory," and go check out what the plants are doing outside! it's very heartening in a time of so much chaos, anxiety and despair.

Forgive me, facebook friends and crooks, for these months of wayward silence. It's hard to make posts when the world is on fire, as it turns out. But here I am, in the year 2020, letting you know that I've moved to Canada and am immediately subjecting myself to the insane undertaking of touring western Canada's vast wintery expanse. I'm not even making it past Winnipeg (from Vancouver) and am already looking at 60 hours of driving! Please come say hello at one of these shows, deliver hugs and assurances that I haven't completely lost my mind...
