Well ATB Chili Cook Off Fans........... I am sure you know already, but of course unfortunately we can not host our Annual ATB Financial Chili Cook Off this Fri...day with all the Covid restrictions in place. However there are a few great Rodeo themed activities planned for Saturday September 26th to keep the Hanna Rodeo Spirit alive and a great Open Air Market planned for downtown. Hopefully our Chili Cook-Off will be back in 2021 and bigger than ever! We will certainly miss our Chili Cook Off participants, our great judges, all the fun and of course appearances from Miss Rodeo Canada and Rodeo Clown Dennis Halstead. So Save The Date for Friday September 24th 2021! See you then!! See more

We have teamed up with The Business Hub and The Hanna Chamber of Commerce to do something to remind everyone that there should have been a rodeo next weekend. We are going with a Open Air Market (weather permitting) from 11-6. The rodeo parade will still be going on at 10:30 am so people get those horses out!!! Stay tuned for the parade route. The Hanna Agricultural Society will be giving a toonie and a bag of candy for every youth that decorates their bike and rides it in the parade (you can just dress western and ride too. The Roundhouse Society is having a fishing derby too!!! Lori & Lyle will have their team in the parade and will giving rides around town most of the day too. We will have a schedule of events early next week so stay tuned!!!

It is with sooo much regret that we have to do this!!!

I truly want to thank all those who contributed, donating their time and their wisdom to see this motion come to fruition. I was truly moved by how many members..., on both sides of the aisle, have fond memories of rodeo and other agricultural events. We can all see how important those events are to the cultural fabric of Alberta and the economy. See more

Since this is Volunteer Week - we would like to give a big shout out to all the volunteers in Hanna!!! Well- all over-- We could not put on our rodeo without the help of all our volunteers. Without you we are nothing!!! THANK YOU.

WOW this Corona virus - 19 is really kicking ass -- they just shut down the Houston Rodeo and Stock show!!!!

What a great night at our Hanna Pro Rodeo night of Mind Magic, Appetizers and Dance. Thank you to all individuals and businesses who donated an item to our silent auction and to all who attended. And of course Dally Up and Dance provided great music all night long. The parents of the 2020 Grad Class also did a great job of security for the evening. Thank you all for your support
