So there's no comps for Hashtag this year; we weren't able to get the trailer we need specifically for the gravity fed smoker, which was quite a bummer. So what to do when you can't compete? You spend a boatload on a brisket to cheer you up. Check out the marbling in this A9 Wagyu!
Ain’t no thang like a chicken wang.. These were rubbed down with Oakridge BBQ Dominator Sweet Rib rub, sauced with Holy Smoke Original mixed with some black pepper infused honey. Hey; when the Mrs. wants wings, you oblige.
Habanero cherry pork belly burnt ends done on the Assassin gravity fed. Rubbed down with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Jalapeño and Cherry rubs. Glazed with a mixture of Holy Smoke Original, 999 Swines Apple Cherry glaze and threw in some Oakridge BBQ Habanero Death Dust and Crucible Ghost Pepper rub for some added heat. These do not suck.
So Warrens boys decided to get creative for Fathers Day!
All we need now is to learn how to take #foodporn pics properly. In the meantime, anybody up for some backyard brisket?
