I was a little surprised that with the updated orders I was still not included and my clinic has to remain closed. In May we could open when Massage Therapy could but this time reflexology has not been included. Our Association has started a letter campaign to the government and other officials. So, if any of you would like to email your MLA I can send you a sample letter or at least just email them to ask them why is reflexology not included. Thank you all for your support!

As it is now almost 3 weeks since I was instructed to close the clinic I am finding myself getting a little frustrated, even a little sad and depressed at times. So, I thought of turning to what I know best, reflexology of course! I find myself turning to some of the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and how the organs of our body are connected to emotions. When you look at the lungs they are connected to weepiness. So, I have been watching a whole lot of Christmas Hallmark movies as they bring a tear to my eye every time! I hope you all are take time to release whatever emotions you are feeling. In my next post I will be talking about what else I have been doing to help myself through all of this COVID craziness.
