Just because you can't see something doesn't mean it isn't there. Life shows us this so many times. How many times does it have to show up for us to trust it?

When was the last time you learned some thing new about something you love? It can be a wonderful distraction from a world full of things that you need to shift your focus away from periodically.

Beautiful day to be outside. The air was crisp and the sun was warm. There is something about being outside even when you have 'nothing specific to do' Being and Outside combined are very good for the soul. Give it a try.

When what the client's animal says is 'out there but so believable' that you just can't deny it. These are some of my favourite moments with my clients. So blessed!! For the perfect clients in the perfect time and for the awareness to be able to give the insight and acknowledge what my clients know is true deep down inside.

Love working with animals in my practice. Sometimes like today it becomes a two for one. Animal needs help with supporting their human so the human gets support. We do things for our animals we sometimes don't do for ourselves. Win Win

Did you know that your only job on the planet could be to BE? What if that was the case and you are trying to Do too much and somehow keep us with everything and it is just draining you? Consider just showing up as you and be the witness or the ! or the highlighter. Check in and see. It may save you a lot of effort focusing on the wrong thing.

Strongly considering keeping the Christmas lights up all winter. Do you have little things that generate joy in your world? If you do, don't let society's norms stop you from your joy. Go Do!!

Not all nudges are about you. Follow the nudge anyways.

Happy New Year!! May you be well and enjoy big and small joys in the year ahead and celebrate with love in your heart that you are enough and you are loved. Take the lessons and love from 2020 and focus on being in the NOW more often as we turn the page on the calendar. The NOW is where so much can be found. The NOW is the wisdom of Mother Nature and all the animals on the earth. May we learn to listen to our intuition and act on all the nudges. And finally may we be kinder to ourselves and others when we make choices. Thanks for coming on this journey with me.

Lights give me joy and I wish they would brighten the winter the whole season. I haven’t ever known a person that lights don’t make them smile. Darkness needs light in order to be dark but light doesn’t need darkness in order to be light. You don’t need a reason or a season to shine or be bright. Remember that.
