I thought I would miss the world of Facebook .... but I don’t! I realized how much time and energy it was stealing and sucking from my day. The amount of anxiet...y it brought on every time I scrolled it! I still want connection, I still want to stay in touch! I would love to hold space for you on Telegram Messenger. After months of being guided to explore new platforms of social media and connection. The time has come to let go of Facebook, and expand within new forms of communication foundations within my Business. This weekend I was logged out of my accounts (as most of you were) and I am still unable to access to all of my accounts. I realized I was relying on Facebook as my main outlet of connection with clients and this was no longer in my vibration. I have to trust my intuition, and follow this inner guidance of moving away from Facebook as a means of connection. I must admit, this surfaces some anxiety and fear for me. What if I lose connection with people I love and value? What if people choose not to follow? What will I miss out on? The thoughts come in quickly and then I am reminded by my Spirit Guides. You can not stay within the discomfort of misalignment because someone else is not ready to grow. I must do what is best for me and my growth, and when I choose my highest good, I can then be a service to others within a greater intention and space. Acceptance of Death and rebirth

I have been contemplating this platform, this little square space of Instagram. Boxes of small, ever so Insignificant pieces of my life that I decide to share with the social media world. I follow fellow spiritualists, spiritual gurus, mentors, like-minded souls also on their own path and journey. I have been noticing a lot of spiritual conditioning throughout posts, opinions and guidance that even in the spiritual world we are being told what makes YOU spiritual! ... I have been resonating less and less to this spiritual fad, of having to BE a certain way to encompass my own enlightenment. I am reminded that I DO NOT have to discuss all aspects of my healing, cover ALL controversial topics, protect and stand up for all causes that I may know nothing about to be considered spiritual. We put people on a pedestal, hang their light higher than our own, in hopes to one day be as enlightened as them. Please remember we are only shown what is chosen to be revealed. We all have shadows, traumas, toxic behaviours and patterns we are working through. So take those gurus off the pedestal and place yourself there. I am removing myself from the competition of being more than I already AM right here in this very moment. We are told to be AUTHENTIC, but not that way. We are encouraged to speak our TRUTH, but not that truth! As much as we pass around the advice to release JUDGEMENT, it is still thick within the air. We want to bring forth unity, yet we still focus on division. YOU do not HAVE to be anything more than you are RIGHT NOW to be on a spiritual path. There is a reason we all awaken to different truths, we are not all meant to pave ALL paths, but ONLY our own path! Just because I do not talk about and bring awareness to certain things, does not meant I do not care and hold space for those traumas and issues. I did not write this - but WOW does it speak to my heart!!! Worth the read. Something to think about.. Barely the day started and... it's already six in the e...vening. Barely arrived on Monday and it's already Friday. ... and the month is already over. ... and the year is almost over. ... and already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed. ... and we realize that we lost our parents, friends. and we realize it's too late to go back...So... Let's try, despite everything, to enjoy the remaining time... Let's keep looking for activities that we like... Let's put some color in our grey... Let's smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts. And despite everything, we must continue to enjoy with serenity this time we have left. Let's try to eliminate the afters... I'm doing it after... I'll say after... I'll think about it after... We leave everything for later like after is ours. Because what we don't understand is that: Afterwards, the coffee gets cold... afterwards, priorities change... Afterwards, the charm is broken... afterwards, health passes... Afterwards, the kids grow up... Afterwards parents get old... Afterwards, promises are forgotten... afterwards, the day becomes the night... afterwards life ends... Realign with the eternal wisdom within and surrender to the battle, lay down your sword. You are being drawn in deeper and deeper into the cellular DNA of who you are. As you see yourself in this new perspective you will also see others within a new light. The smallest details will expose an energetic patterns of what is occurring. This also gives you the ability to be of sound counsel to others and to lead your own life decisions with confidence. Keep focused on your target, your goals and vision. Do not lose hope now! You have come so far! Let go of your doubts and fears, stay grounded within your heart and follow that intuitive soul nudge. Illuminate the truth, YOUR truth! Learn to be okay with NOT being okay! Give yourself permission to be exactly where you are within frustration, grief, or change! Life is all about learning and growing within your own circumstances. ... We are all fighting battles no one knows about! Be kind! Make space for compassion even if you do not fully understand the struggles of another. Your battles do not have to be worse than another’s to validate your feelings! We are all moving through some heavy energies right not! Even though our own individual experiences are different, our emotions are the same. Grief is grief, fear is fear, sadness is sadness and happiness is happiness. The energies are the same, even if they were created by a different outcome. Connect through emotions, share your story, your struggles! Let’s normalize being okay with where we are at without trying to force ourselves out of it. Medicine is taken in small doses at a time, be patience with the medicine of soul. There is no quick fix to healing! It is a soft, gentle shift made little by little.
