Wise words from the great philosopher Bruce Lee! Keep moving in whatever way you can. Be formless and adaptable. You have the potential for great strength- life giving yet destructive. Be like water, my friend.

Developing your intuition or subtle senses involves moments of silent self-reflection. Being immersed in nature often helps me. But present moment reflection can happen any time you consciously choose to pay attention without thought or judgement.

... I have been telling my personal friends, for quite a while now, that we are in times of the biggest fight between good and evil, but we know how the story ends? and that is, love wins, my friends

The second one involves a lot of emotional charges and has the potential to cause symptoms. If you are keeping quiet, check in to make sure it’s from a place of emotional neutrality. Your energy matters!

Perhaps I’ve been meditating too much .... (But hey, we all cope in our own unique way.)

Letting Go: This is How You End Suffering Some people believe that holding on and hanging in there are signs of great strength. However, there are times when it... takes much more strength to know when to let go and then to actually do it. Letting go, is something that is so important to inner peace. Holding onto emotions, thoughts, believes, perceptions, memories play a role in our lives. Sometimes we hold onto a memory for pleasure, because it brought us joy. Or we hold only a belief because letting it go bring us fear. We can’t image it any other way. However, there is a lot of suffering that remains when we continue to hold onto negative events, beliefs, and/or perceptions of people or events, etc. When we do this, we create another reality. There is no way to ascertain that what we think, remember, believe, saw, etc., was exactly as it was in our head. You know the saying, there are always three truths: yours, mine, and the truth. There is nothing to lose by letting go. I know it seems like letting go means losing sometimes, and letting go because there is something, close to you, maybe a part of you that will be lost forever. But letting go is the answer. These words by Sogyal Rinpoche illustrate how letting go really leads to gaining something far deeper than what we gain by holding on. We must never forget that it is through our actions, words, and thoughts that we have a choice. And if we choose to do so, we can put an end to suffering and the causes of suffering, and help our true potential to awaken in us. Although we have been made to believe that if we let go we will end up with nothing, life itself reveals again and again the opposite: that letting go is the path to real freedom. Just as when the waves lash at the shore, the rocks suffer no damage but are sculpted and eroded into beautiful shapes, so our characters can be molded and our rough edges worn smooth by changes. Through weathering changes, we can learn how to develop a gentle but unshakable composure. Our confidence in ourselves grows, and becomes so much greater that goodness and compassion begin naturally to radiate out from us and bring joy to others." Make a list of the things you feel you’re holding onto that serve no positive purpose. Take that list and meditate on letting them go. Find reasons why letting them go is better than holding onto them. If you feel inclined, take that list, and shred it, burry it, toss in a fire and then make a Bon fire. Practice letting go anyway you feel is best for you.

Whether we work for others or work on our own, we are all subject to the ups and downs of life. It is often tempting when we experience a downer to want to give... up, the more so if it is something we wanted badly and cannot see why we "failed". The following anecdote is a reminder that there is no common path to what we call "success" and that just because you haven't achieved everything you want doesn't mean you should stop trying or give up. The Fern and the Bamboo: the Anecdote One day, a business owner decided he’d had enough. Enough of the unremitting workload, enough of the lack of response, enough of the crushing loneliness. He went into the woods to have one last talk to God. God, he said. Can you give me one good reason why I shouldn’t quit? The answer took him by surprise. Look around you, it said. Do you see the fern and the bamboo? Yes, the man replied. When I planted the fern and the bamboo, I took very good care of them. I gave them both equal amounts of food and water. I gave them sunlight in spring and protected them from the storms in autumn. The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant fronds soon covered the forest floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. In the second year, the fern grew even more splendidly than before but nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. Still I would not quit. Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant. But day by day the sprout grew. First a shoot, then a seedling, and finally a cane. Within six months, the bamboo cane had risen to a height of 100 feet. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle. Did you know that all this time you have been struggling, you have been growing? Growing the roots that you need to produce your fruit. I would not quit on the bamboo. I will not quit on you. Don’t compare yourself to others. All of my creations have different purposes, different journeys, and different timescales. The bamboo had a different purpose from the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful. Your time will come. You will rise high. How high should I rise? the man asked. How high will the bamboo rise? asked God in return. As high as it can? the man questioned. Yes, God replied. Give me glory by rising as high as you can. The small business owner left the forest. And never went back. Don't assume that success is a race and that the winners are the ones who first past the line. Don't think that, because you haven't succeeded in your goals yet, you never will. Don't conclude that, just because you can't see evidence of growth, you're not growing. Believe in yourself, your dreams, and your goals. Don't presume to know how things will turn out. Have joy in the journey and let the outcomes take care of themselves.

You live only once... Laugh, even when you feel too sick or worn out or too tired..... Smile, even when you are trying not to cry and the tears are blurring... your vision...... Sing, even when people stare at you and tell you your voice is crappy. Trust, even when your heart begs you not to..... Twirl, even when your mind makes no sense of what you see..... Frolicking, even when you are made fun of...... Kiss, even when others are watching....... Sleep, even when you are afraid of what dreams may bring....... Run, even when it feels like you can't run anymore..... And, always remember this when memories pinch your heart. Because the pain of all your experience makes you the person you are now. And without your experience you are an empty page, a blank notebook. A missing lyric. What makes you brave is your willingness to live through the ups and downs in life and still hold your head up the next moment...... So don't live in fear. You are stronger now because of all the bad that has happened in your life and you are also kind and compassionate because of your struggles. Also, you are full of gratitude because of whatever you have in your life....... Do not exchange this life for anything in this world. Your courage and compassion and your gratitude are your trademark. See more

Nothing lasts forever:-: "Annijja’ is the term that Buddha used to indicate impermanence of everything in this material world. We get attached to the impermanen...t and then wonder why peace is not permanent. The moment we realize that everything (including ourselves) is impermanent, the spiritual journey starts and gets deepened when this awareness gets established in every moment of our existence. passes with time. Only the moment you're in has any meaning." "There are things that stand the test of time, there are things that last. Without any misery and pain how will you value the happiness..how will you recognize happiness..Life is full of ups and downs .These things make life adventurous and interesting. If there is no pain then there is no gain. Take life as a challenge.Face it with a brave heart and mind . Also remember, change is the only permanent thing in life. Seasons change, people change, our priorities change, our likes and dislikes change...... Then why do we get attached to something? Be it a person, or a thing or even a thought? Attachment only brings a lot of pain and discontentment. Accept the changes and grow.....

A good day to focus and recommit to your spiritual practices (which you should be doing daily). Allow these routines to support your other responsibilities. This is a good day to complete something, even a small task for personal satisfaction.
