Value for Money #Evaluation is used to describe a program’s value in four key areas: Economy: focuses on inputs to demonstrate that the program was delivered with adequate resources Efficiency & Equity: focuses on activities and reach to demonstrate the program was delivered in the right ‘quantity’ (cost/unit analysis) and to the right people... Effectiveness: focuses on achievements to demonstrate the program has the desired effect We use a simple approach to value for money evaluation that builds on your program’s existing framework or logic model.
