Supporting Children Through MAID When children are involved in MAID deaths, there are additional considerations. Take a look at the webinar discussing language and approaches for supporting children at different ages and stages when a close friend or family member is applying for MAID. Nicky Seligman is a Help Us Understand Grief (HUUG) Counsellor at Heart House Hospice. Nicky holds a Master's degree in Child Life and Pediatric Psychosocial Care. Nicky is passionate about in...itiating and continuing the discussion around MAID.
