MUAs are finally able to work again! We just ask you go over our new procedures before booking The service provider must wear a mask and a face shield. Clients must wear a mask when entering the salon or spa if they cannot social distance from other clients and services providers, before and after a service and if they are remaining in the salon or spa for additional services. All clients must be properly screened for COVID-19 (each time they visit a salon or spa), especial...ly prior to the removal of a mask (by continuing to use the salon or spa’s COVID-19 tracing questionnaire and maintaining same for a minimum of 30 days). https://novascotia.ca/coronavirus/when-to-seek-help/ The client may remove their mask only for the allotted time of the face service, and only if the service provider feels it is safe for them to do so while providing the service. Masks and face shields must be worn and discarded or properly disinfected after each service.
