New hours of operation effective June 15, 2020: Monday to Sunday - 8:30 am to 7:30 pm

Attention Customers: Effective Monday May 4th, all shoppers are asked to wear a face covering or face mask when in store. If you do not have your own, you may purchase one at the service counter. We will also be asking that families please have 1 designated shopper. This policy serves to protect all of our customers and staff. Thank you for understanding as we navigate through these times.

Effective March 25, 2020 our operating hours will be modified to 9:00am to 7:00pm. We will be spending extra time cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking shelves. We ask that everyone respects guidelines for physical distancing and if possible, avoid gathering with multiple friends or family members while at the supermarket to prevent overcrowding. Thank you for understanding as we try to adapt to this situation that continues to evolve around the world.

There is absolutely NO truth to these unsubstantiated statements. There have been NO cases of this illness from any of the staff at Hen Long Market and we continue to be open for business.... We are a family owned and operated business, and have been in this community for over 36 years. Our families, including grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews continue to work at the market daily. We will never jeopardize the health and safety of our family, friends, coworkers, and especially our valued customers. We take this issue very seriously, so rest assured that we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of all who visit us regularly for their daily needs. Our employees have been working extremely hard to provide goods for the community during this time of uncertainty and it is not fair for them to be falsely targeted with misleading and dishonest information. We understand that we are not alone and many other businesses throughout the lower mainland are suffering from similar falsified statements regarding such issues.
