Their hands are still developing and are not fully formed. So what should they be doing to support this? PLAY!! Playdough, colouring, cutting, gluing, playing outside, digging in dirt, sensory play, dress up play, science experiments, beading, puzzles, throwing balls, etc. . Know what I almost forgot about? Sleep regressions. Know what came roaring in right on time? The four month sleep regression. Give me all the tea. The snuggles make it better though.

My daughter asks my husband and I if we can get married again so that she can come to our wedding all the time. She’s always asking me to put on my dress for her, so instead I asked if she would like to try it on. She was more than willing. What a fun quarantine activity! She is 4 years old today, and I couldn’t be more happy and sad all at once. Man, does time move quickly!

With all this extra free time, is anyone watching anything binge-worthy?! I just finished Desperate Housewives and I have started Parenthood! #NetflixAndSoMuchChill

Code red has brought me a rollercoaster of emotions to near the end of this wild ride that is 2020. Trying to make the best of it. Put up the tree! Watching Christmas movies. Having all the snuggles possible. AND packing my hospital bag for baby time! Is there any essential items I could be forgetting? Last time I gave birth was 2017, so I’m not sure if anything has changed! Let me know!
