As a Server, you are responsible for providing an excellent dining experience for the seniors' home residents. Responsibilities - Offer consistent friendly and helpful service... - Have knowledge of all menu items & options - Deliver food and beverage in a timely matter - Follow all procedures and service standards - Some food preparation/cooking (breakfast & lunch), to be discussed based on previous experience Qualifications - Previous server/waitress experience an asset - Previous formal or informal cooking experience an asset (can involve breakfast & lunch meal preparation) - Previous experience working with seniors or in a seniors residence an asset - Good verbal and written English communication skills - Additional Japanese fluency preferred Benefits - Guaranteed raise after 3 months - Regular free staff meals - Flexible scheduling - You'll get to learn about Japanese food and culture - you may even learn some Japanese too!
