As of April 1,2021 our rates will be going up . Laura - $85/hr Kelsey - $80/hr Sarah - $ 80/hr At High Waters Therapy we believe in continuously increasing our portfolios to become the best that we can be and provide a variety of techniques and modalities to individualize our treatments and serve a wider range of pathologies and issues.... This year I ( Laura) will be delving into a four year training program to become a Feldenkrais instructor. The Feldenkrais Method is a therapeutic method that focuses on opening neuro pathways through awareness through movement sessions. This promotes ease, range and efficient pain free body movement. I am super excited to begin this new adventure and am looking forward to sharing this knowledge with of of my clients as I continue to learn. Kelsey has almost completed her certification course in Prenatal massage. Pregnancy can be one of the most life changing events that someone can go through and with the help of prenatal massage therapy it can also be one of the most amazing experiences. Prenatal massage will support all the changes that the expectant mother will go through by increasing circulation, decreasing swelling, alleviating stress on the joints and learning relaxation skills that can be helpful during labor and delivery. The baby can also sense and respond to the mother's stress levels. Kelsey is excited to provide trusted care for both mama and baby during this incredible life transition. Sarah has been continuing her education at University. Solidifying her foundation in Anatomy within the healthcare system, expanding her knowledge in psychology and mental health care has been incorporated into her practice and strengthened her communication with other healthcare professionals. Soon to also be an infant message instructor, Sarah will be providing classes to parents on how to massage their baby. Infant massage has a variety of benefits and is a great way for families to bond. We are so excited to continue to offer quality Massage Therapy and offer these new and beneficial therapies as well. Hello! I am Sarah Sopotyk, and I am a new Massage Therapist at High Waters Therapy Studio. I graduated from ICT Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy located in Toronto in 2019, and have been advancing my skills since returning to my hometown in Winnipeg. Now, I am excited to offer treatments in Morris.
