Found ourselves another truck to send to work. Excited to set this one up as our Plumbing/Heating rig for Dayne to work out of. Just needs some decals next week.

Excited to announce that we've hired and have begun scheduling work again, effective immediately. Dayne is a journeyman plumber who received his ticket working at some of the larger construction jobs Edson has seen over the past few years, and is excited to get into the service industry. I will be working along side him through the remainder of my recovery, introduce him to our valued customers, and help develop his service skills to meet our customers expectations. ... During this training period, he will essentially be my hands, until I get the go ahead to do more strenuous activities. There will be no charge for the second tech on site. This training arrangement is very rare in this industry to afford so much time to one on one training, but we feel that this should accelerate the process of getting Dayne the tools and knowledge to push him forward to the next stage of his career. As an added bonus, we can now offer service plumbing to our customers, many who have asked for small plumbing repairs in the past. Plumbing rates will be very competitive, as Dayne is looking to get to work!

It is getting to that time where I am back moving around and on my feet more and more. It's a slow process, and turning away work is getting more and more difficult. So we are looking at hiring a set of hands so we can get back to serving our patient customers. Ideally, we would like to have a person with some trade experience, HVAC/R, plumbing, or electrical would be a huge asset. A journeyman that would like to get a second ticket? We can offer Sheetmetal, Refrigeration, an...d Gasfitting apprenticeships for the correct candidate. Other trade experience will be considered as well. Willingness to learn is a must. This is a service based job, there is a wide variety of tasks from furnace and air conditioning installation and repairs, to boiler servicing, to commercial refrigeration equipment servicing. It is with great regret that I will not be accepting new service calls effective immediately due to health issues. I will be doing my best to wrap up all my prior commitments in the next week or so. Until into the recovery process, we can only assume tentative dates when I will be back on the tools. As of now that guess is at 12 weeks, hoping to have a positive update in the coming months. Thanks to all my customers support and understanding though these difficult times.
