In 1930 the Indiana Bell building was rotated 90 degrees! Over 1 month the 22 million pound building was moved 15 inch per hour while all 600 employees still wo...rked inside! There was no interruption to heat, electricity, water, or the telephone service they provided for the area. Not a single worker felt it move.
