That’s it, folks! We had a great summer with wonderful guests from all over the country who experienced Ottawa in a whole new way and learned about the jail’s daunting past. Now, it’s time for us to let the second wave pass and hunker down until February. We REALLY look forward to welcoming you all again in 2021! Until then, stay safe and take care of yourself

As is true for many of us, the second wave hit harder than we expected. At the hostel, we've had to take the difficult decision to close temporarily between Nov. 1st and Dec. 17th. The GOOD NEWS is that you still have until Halloween to sneak in a spooky getaway to Ottawa
