Trauma and other health issues can be inherited from our family of origin. Unfinished business within our family system (broken relationships, tragic deaths or family secrets) can manifest in our lives as depression, anxiety or health and relationship challenges. Often times we are stuck in patterns that lead to hopelessness and helplessness. We've tried ways to improve our lives yet we find ourselves in a cycle of pain and self sabotage. ... Family or systemic therapy is a tool to uncover unconscious patterns and family dynamics and help heal issues relating to these patterns.
