Prior to alert level 5 & our current restrictions we had a very engaging fun filled week celebrating all things LOVE! We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor for dropping off cookies along with very thoughtful Valentine treat bags for each & every resident. We also would like to send out love & thanks to The Lions Club Grand Falls-Windsor for dropping off a beautiful card & boxes of Chocolates to our Residents. Thank you to the very talented Power Sisters for always bringing much joy through your talent. Lastly but certainly not least we would like to say a BIG THANKS to the students at Woodland Primary for your homemade Valentine cards for each resident! They were all so very thoughtful & brought so many smiles!

What a special lunchtime treat! Thank you so much to the very festive & talented Grade 5 Students at Sprucewood Academy. Your Christmas Carolling brought such joy to all our Residents & your homemade Christmas cards for each & every resident meant more than you know! Merry Christmas & thank you all!

Management & staff of Hollett Park Living would like to thank all the family members & friends of our residents for your patience & support by continuing to adhere to our visitation guidelines. These guidelines are in place in effort to keep everyone at Hollett Park Living safe. At this time we would like to provide a review of the visitation protocol in place. Each resident can identify a support person and up to five designated visitors, and these six individuals shou...ld remain constant for the duration of the visiting restrictions. A maximum of two designated visitors can visit per day, and two visitors can attend at the same time. For all visiting, support person/designated visitor(s) must be screened upon arrival/prior to the visit beginning. Support person/designated visitor must register upon presentation to the home. The name of visitor, name of resident and date of the visit must be recorded and retained. Designated visitors are to be advised that if they show any signs or symptoms of COVID-19 to not come to the home, advise the staff of the home, and contact 811. PLEASE REVIEW THE VISITOR SYMPTOM SCREENING CHECKLIST All visits are restricted to the private room of the resident in which you are a designated visitor. Christmas Party Fun!!

Yesterday we had yet another celebration at our Resident Christmas Party & everyone sure had a festive time. There was dancing, there was music & mummers, there was a feast, & there was so much laughter & smiles. Thank you Bill Humber & friends for providing an afternoon of wonderful entertainment!

Family...Friends...Sunshine & Smiles!

Fall fun has begun at Hollett Park Living! We have made cranberry apple cider, baked oat & apple cookies as well as warm & delicious cinnamon monkey bread. We have been on Fall drives to take in this amazing weather & beautiful colours. We explored our local market as well as started to harvest our own little crop! And we had an amazing morning spending time with the animals at Jiggs farm! The best part, we have just gotten started!!

Smiles all around!! Hollet Park Living is happy to support our local Ambulance via Tim Horton’s Smile Cookie campaign!

Some of our residents fully embraced their creative side & truly found their Artist Within what a great afternoon!!

We had a wonderful afternoon celebrating Father's Day 2020 with the gentlemen of Hollett's! Lot's of food, fun, laughter & new memories made.

Last weekend we had this lovely lobster and steak dinner for our amazing residents. Thanks to our wonderful owners and staff for this amazing meal! Lobster Dinner Quotes June 2020 Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!... I’m so happy I can’t stop smiling! Wow! I feel like I’m at a fancy restaurant! Now this is prepared by a professional chef! I can feel the love! This was my late wife’s favourite meal. Brings back so many happy memories! I ate 2! I had BOTH steak AND lobster! This is a complimentary meal from the owners! Cooked and prepared to perfection! Compliments to the chef! I remember cooking lobster at the cabin and you gotta cook it just right. This lobster was cooked to perfection. Very professional presentation! This is my most favourite meal. Thank you so much! My beautiful lobster dinner! Everyone gets a full lobster? Just like on a cruise ship! What did I do to deserve this?! Can’t wait till the next one!
