The successful candidate will: Greet clients upon their arrival into the clinic; Schedule and confirm appoint...ments in our booking system; Process payments, issue invoices and direct billings; Answer the phone; and Other duties as required. Qualifications and attributes include: Diploma or certification from an accredited college; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Outstanding organizational and time management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize according to importance and deadline; Ability to pay attention to the details, proactively solve problems, follow directions, and work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude; A self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment; and An energetic, flexible, and reliable team player.
