If you ever wondered what does a home stager really do to stage a vacant home, this one is for you! My job is to see an empty space and visualize what it SHOULD look like. Source all of the furniture/accessories, assemble and pack everything for delivery.... Unpack everything on site and set it all up. Hope that I haven't screwed up and the final result will look nice. Even after 15 years in the business, I constantly surprise myself with the final result! When the property sells, pack, remove, replace in storage....(the worst part of the job, especially in heavy rain or bitter cold). This place sold within 2 weeks of our staging almost for the full asking price (it needs lots of renovations and was on the market for 3 months prior to our staging). You like?
