Good Day All, On behalf of Horwood’s Home Care, we would like to share some proud news our organization has recently received from Accreditation Canada. Since 2017 Horwood’s Home Care has been engaged in the accreditation process of our company, we first received the Primer Award in 2018 and now have successfully achieved Accredited Status through their most detailed and advanced program, Qmentum. The Qmentum Program has helped strengthen our overall foundation by providing... evidence-informed standards, tools, resources, and guidance on our journey of excellence. As of today, we are only the 2nd Home Care Agency in Newfoundland & Labrador to receive accreditation through the Accreditation Canada Qmentun program, which is a testament to the incredible hard work and dedication our organization has displayed throughout the process, so thank you to our home care workers, clients, managers, health professionals, and our community partners.
