True Nature..... Well it's that time again!! Time for lots and lots of new creations down here at Santa's Work Shop #2 - also known as Hubbell Designer Goldsmiths! Here is one of our exciting, new one-of-a-kind creation made with a rare and unique gemstone from Kenya. This lovely creation boasts a true natural colour change garnet which, depending on the light, gleams a warm rich burgundy and....? ... Come in and see what other colours show up with the magic of colour change garnet for yourself!

From the Ground Up This hand formed pendant will be featured at the Evening with the Premier on Friday April 11th. The frame is made with 14kt yellow gold, and the pendant features a 8mm x 6mm cabochon jade from Cassiar BC, as well as a total carat weight of 0.53 in diamonds.

Full Moon This pendant features a 2.63ct VVS2 light fancy yellow old European cut diamond, as well as a 0.01ct round brilliant cut. The frame is made of 14kt palladium white gold, and there is a plate of solid gold behind the diamond to enhance its colour. What a diamond!

PG Cougars Player of the Year 2013/2014 Ring Darrell got to present the Player of the Year Ring to Todd Fiddler at Saturday's game, which had an 8-3 score for the Cougars - a heck of a way to close out the season! Carry Me This little piece of history was created using family diamonds, including a 0.45ct old mine cut diamond. They are ready for another lifetime of wear in this hand formed setting.

"Joy" This one of a kind neckpiece was designed and created for The Taste of India which will be held on Feb. 15th 2014. This 14kt garnet and diamond creation will be a prize during the delightful night of dinner, entertainment and dancing. This Rotary fundraiser is already sold out, and is always a blast! Once Upon A Story... This luxurious and lengthy pendant was designer and created to be the grand prize at the Jan 26th 2014 Prince George Bridal Expo. This one of a kind piece features a 0.77ct sapphire, three 3mm aquamarines, and eleven 0.015ct round brilliant cut diamonds, as well as polished, frosted and stippled textures.

We Are Family This blue topaz and diamond pendant was created for the Ukrainian New Years Showcase Malanka tonight, Jan 18th. The 13.8ct cushion cut blue topaz is held in a 14kt, four claw, two stage basket, and just below you will find a plate of 24kt gold carved with a family of five with sparkling diamonds set in for the faces. Framing the 24kt gold are three infinity symbols. This pendant will be available in an raffle tonight!

Embrace Change 14kt yellow and palladium white gold alexandrite and diamond ring This stunning one of a kind ring has a 0.98ct alexandrite and two 0.17ct diamonds and is off to a happy, happy home.

On a Cloud This pendant was created as a donation to the new year's eve Boogie with the Stars dinner and dance. The lucky winner took home this hand formed 14kt yellow and palladium white gold diamond pendant, and a really, really big smile! The diamond is a 0.30ct VS2 G round brilliant cut diamond of very good proportions. Darrell and his wife had a marvelous time as well, and in a draw won two tickets to anywhere West Jet flies! What a great way to start the new year! (Diane actually won both the tickets and the pendant in two separate draws, - but she and Darrell gave the pendant back and Patty Wadson was the lucky winner!)
