Well, Yesterday was an exciting day for the kids to say the least. And truth be told.. for us teachers to. The excitement was high. They couldn't believe we got a visit from a leprechaun. We cleaned up his gold and got chocolate coins. He did however make a huge mess for the teachers to clean

When life give you buckets of rain... YOU GO JUMP IN PUDDLES! We also danced, painted and made soup in the rain. By the end of it all the sun was out and shining bright!

Today we read ‘The way I feel’ and found out what feelings look like on friends faces. We get a look here on what our friends see when they think of feelings. Our friends drew their own feelings too.

August 28th, there was a surprise waiting for everyone after nap time. This day was the last day for some of our kindergarten friends. Make sure you don’t forget to visit the ice cream parlour before you leave daycare!

What happens when you plant cheerios? Great time for their imagination to run wild. Also great opportunity for measuring, counting, eye-hand coordination, working on their pincer grasp and many many more skills... Magic milk experiment!

Today was a day for an adventure down to the creek! Filled with mountain climbing and mosquito and laughs. Even got to see some baby fish!

THE GROUND IS LAVA! We have gone from an science experiment. To a great gross motor activity that has made the children problem solve and create solutions. To a literature project of creating their own lava courses. Its been an blast! BLAST OF LAVA THAT IS

Yesterday we have a mystery to solve! It all started with a foot print in the sand box that couldn't possibly belong to any of us. After gathering evidence and recording data We came to the conclusion that it was a pirate who has purple hair and a long "pokeish" nose. Who eats garbage and has a pet dinosaur. Who also left his bills laying on the ground. Last seen going into the bathroom. ... I think we have some defectives on our hands.

Todays "Web Wednesday" turned into " Wet Wednesday". I think it safe to say summer if finally here! We have a massive water balloon fight then worked together to clean up the mess! The fun didn't stop there.... SPRINKLER TIME! Too busy having fun for lots of pictures today. Nice to enjoy the day with lots of laughter and smiles.

HAMMER TIME Perfect time to take safe risks! Started out as freeing the dinosaurs from the ice age and continuing onto chalk and mixing colours.. which always leads to beautiful drawings.
