This spectacular salad is a celebration of spring. Fresh crisp spinach salad is taken to another level with its sweet & tangy fruity vinaigrette. Strawberry Spinach Salad with Creamy Cranberry Pear Dressing Ingredients:... For dressing: cup Strawberry Yogurt 2 tsp. Humble Olive Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tbsp. Strawberry Jelly 1 tsp. poppy seeds For salads: 4-6 cups baby spinach, washed well and dried 4-6 strawberries, hulled and sliced Slivered almonds Directions: Whisk together dressing ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to put salads together. Divided spinach among 4 salad plates. Divide and place strawberries on top of each salad. Sprinkle each salad with almonds. Add dressing.
