"In a small sauce pan, make a thick paste with cocoa, sugar, a drop of vanilla and the milk you're using, mix it up well, it'll still be gritty. While stirring, add the rest of your milk and keep stirring to melt the sugar. Heat the cocoa until piping hot. Now, get a nice big mug, throw as many chocolate chips or chopped chocolate in the bottom, and pour your hot cocoa over it. DO NOT STIR!!!! Garnish your cocoa anyway you like.
