We just finished a nice Master bathroom. 300 square feet of tile, thresholdless shower, heated floors, custom vanity, custom backlit LED mirror, electric towel warmer, and even got rid of the swinging door to make more room. I am really happy with the lines of the tiles creating the soap shelf. The design change makes the bathroom feel sooo much larger, more grand, and of course, current. Here are a couple of shots, some with the before, the Sketchup design concept and the final. I hope you like it!

I love to rejunenate spaces, and to make them relevant to those that use them. Today. In this renovatoin I got to bring a 40 year old space to current needs; a shower with no tub, soap storage and the rest typical of what we need today. Rectified tile, nice glass enclosure, upscale vanty, new toilet, LVT flooring...

Called in to look at two bathrooms, we first guttued, insulated and updated the master bathroom completely. We removed the tub and installed a shower instead using rectified porcelain tile. For the flooring, we used a Vinly tile to offer a little more warmth, but still a consitent style with the prorcelin. Thank you to S.L. Marcella Carpets for helping my customers find great florring!

The corner bedroom in this home was leaking air, cold and large. There was limited storage with a 6' closet. We remvoed all of the exerior wall drywall, flooring, and of course the closet. We re-drawalled, brought forth the owners vision of a coffered ceiling wiht wood, installed a walk-in closet, new flooring, and a fireplace/TV feature wall.

I have been absent for a while ... let's fix that. We removed a non-bearing wall, removed 600 square feet of flooring, 450 feet of California ceiling, re-built the powder room and extended a pantry closet. the continuous space by removing the wall is fantastic! Lighting is an imortant part of any space. Dimmers set the mood, and quantity of lights offers better viewing not only in the kitchen, but in any living space. Light planning is something that I spend a lot of time on! Here we have improved lighting in the kitchen and family room, installed bead board and custom vanity in the bathroom, and a beam cover to match the flooring. The work is the vision of the homeowner, and it looks fantastic all finished!

Next the kitchen. We took out lower doors and changed them for drawers. We added one upper pantry cupboard, changed all of the doors and the hardware. And then the "Family Commuication Centre, which hides the calendar, mail, current photos and offers a way to keep everyone up to speed with a white board!
