Iron Infusions now offered at IHC! Dr. Adam Davidson is an Emergency Physician at Lions Gate Hospital and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine. While continuing to work in the ER, Dr. Davidson has taken his years of clinical experience and developed an outpatient IV therapy clinic (Mainline Wellness- Vancouver) with a particular focus on intravenous iron treatment. Breast Thermography - a unique breast assessment tool Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) is a highly sensitive, completely non-invasive clinical imaging tool that can be used as part of a health health program for breast cancer screening. This type of breast health screening is particularly useful for women under the age of 50 who have denser breast tissue, which is more difficult for accuracy with mammography.... The complete DITI procedure only takes 5-10 minutes and requires no body contact and no radiation. DITI can detect and record physiological changes years before any clinical evidence is present. This early detection and monitoring gives us the opportunity for interventions and greater treatment options. **Note, thermography is not an alternative to mammography or MRI. Thermography is a Health Canada licensed device as an adjunctive screening tool for breast health.
