Today is world mental health day, this is a reminder to support one another even when you don’t understand why someone is behaving the way that they are. Health isn’t just what is visible, how you feel and what you think has a huge impact on who you are. Especially in university, it can be a lonely feeling to experience things alone. Taking care of your mental health and well-being comes first. Know that you are not alone, and there is help available. Be there for each other, and remember that everyone’s story is different.

It’s time to part ways with our VP of Programming, Grace. She came into IMPACT as a general member prior to joining the executive board. Although Grace was only in this position for a short period of time, she has dedicated countless hours to ensure the success of campus wide events. Her ambition towards growth is evident in the way that she presents herself as well as in her relationships with other club members. During her term as VP, Grace has overseen all of our events as well as managed our team of programming coordinators.
