Some suggestions; - Go outside and get some exercise - take a walk. - connect with friends and family. - take some time to connect with yourself.... - think of 3 things that you are grateful for in your life. - do something positive for someone else. Remember, be kind to yourself and treat yourself the way you would treat your very best friend! You deserve it too!!
