Rather than relying on Hopes and Wishes for a Better Year, that doesn't exist anyways, try some solutions, just Try it and see if it works! Remember, the Qualit...y of Your Life Experience is the Foundation of what Your Life is about, not what You own, where You have been, who You know, and such things.. Eat Healthy Food- Anything Green, Fresh and Alive is best, cut down half Your Meat and Junk food consumption! Move around! - Our Bodies are meant too move, and be mobile, walk up the stairs, avoid elevators if possible, stretching too is good for Us! Any sort of activity done regularly is Healthy, and there is no Competition or Comparison, just be consistent with it! Breath Right! - Short breaths are not healthy, Longer Lower lung breaths are healthy. The less breaths per min via longer lower lung breathing is Healthy for Us, plus this puts Your attention in the Moment, and can help control where Your thinking Mind is centered in! Become More Aware!- Awareness is the highest possibility for a Human Being, b/c once You are Aware, then Life opens up, as You are Life, life is not out there somewhere else to find or pursue. So to become more Aware, live Now, Respond rather than React, Accept what is Absolutely, Be centered in Silence/Stillness, are just a few things that allow Awareness to be more Intense in Your Life!! #inclusivewellbeing

I saw a picture like this yesterday while at work, and it came to my mind, why do we really appreciate a good picture, whether your the Subject of it or just th...e observer? We like it because it brings the intensity of the Moment into our Realization.. Normally we don't appreciate the Moment as much, as our mind/thinking is mostly about what is going to happen or what has happened, but when we look at a Good Picture, it slows time down in a way, we can then see in our mind how intense that Moment was. And Moments are all we really Have, that is where Life is. So when You go into your photo albums, and look back in Time, that is what is happening, Your trying to relive a previous Moment, a good one for sure, and bring that feeling into this Moment, but its fleeting, it doesn't last long that feeling, so we need to just bring this Moment into our Awareness, make it the priority. Don't forget the Past or stop imagining the Future, just don't Live there that's all!!:) #inclusivewellbeing

There is past Memory, which enables our ability to Imagine, which we call Future, but none of that exists Right Now, what is Now is where Life is, but most of U...s do not live Now, we live in Memory or Imagination which doesn't exist! That is what Psychologists call Insanity, living in what does not Exist.. The first rule to have a life without Stress is to Live Now, the 2nd rule is to Accept Now as it is, "This moment is Inevitable!", if it was to be another way then it would be, then that moment would be Inevitable, once we take this on for real, as the Reality (Reality is all there is, what we want Reality to be is not Reality, it is Imagination, which does not exist and cannot be Reality) then Life is more at Ease, more Peaceful, but this is hard for Us to do, since most of Us are either living in the Past, or living in the future, so this is something we must strive for, to train ourselves to do, live Now, while planning for the Future via the lessons we have learned from our Past! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mMxj1DvoATs #Inclusivewellbeing

He mentions Swami Rama, someone I've stud...ied allot, and how he was scientifically analysed to be able to control all aspects of his physiology, he was able to demonstrate on one of his hands by having one side of the hand be high temp and the other a cold temp as well as at will raising his heart beat to 300 bpm, which is supposed to be impossible according to science but isn't.. Martial Arts mostly is about fighting, but when one has the skills and ability to hurt another, with that comes Responsibility, You just can't go out and beat ppl up in a civilized society like we are supposed to be in today, lol , so that is where Martial Arts becomes more than just about fighting..In all essence, the best way to learn how to fight , is to fight, but doing it this way causers injury fast, and when your injured you can't fight, so safer ways were developed to... make it so you can train and not injure yourself too badly and still learn how to fight...going thru all that teaches discipline and patients and responsibility, and respect, or at least it should, today things have morphed, Ego's are huge, Unawareness is rampant and ppl don't know how to do much of anything with any sort of quality or responsibility, so everything goes down in quality big time due to many factors and variables.. #inclusivevingtsun

Talking about or Promoting the Problem does not Solve the Problem. Taking or Promoting One Groups privilege over another, is not Solving the Problem, its promot...ing the Problem. Wanting Anarchy is a Problem, not a Solution! Do You want a Solution or More Problems? Solution #! - Inclusive Economy/Political system, where the reward is a Better Society, the over all Well Being of the people in Your Local Community or larger Area is Enhanced, rather than Individual reward of Profit, Fame, Re-election, Recognition and Achievement (this is Ego)..less Competitiveness and More Cooperation! Solution #2 - Inclusive Education - an Education system that focuses not on Facts and Memory/Recounting Facts, but one that emphasizes Universal Identity, where all are One and One is All, not Diversity, Not individual Cultures, we can celebrate them but not Identify with them, Identifying with them causes Discrimination due to overinflated Egos and Lack of Awareness. Less Media outlets, spreading too much conflicting and confusing information that causes chaos in Human Minds (I don't know what to think..?) Solution #3 - Inclusive Health- where the Health care system is not based on Band Aid, after the fact Medical Intervention, we need more preventative Health Care Information/Integration and non profit set up (we need diseases to cure, so we can make it a business, eg, Cancer research), again where the reward is a Healthy Community, not the development of things that in the End make us sicker and dependent on something outside of ourselves. Promotion of Individual Responsibility for Health.. Solution #4 - Inclusive Experience - Setting up Spiritual Institutions, not too share Beliefs, but to share Technologies that objectively help any individual regardless of Background, like we did with Literacy, 100 yrs ago the majority was illiterate, now everyone is Literate, same with Awakening, becoming Aware, Truly Alive, Clear Perception, no beliefs, no conditioning, Us vs Them, Competitiveness, or Personal Egoic Needs of recognition, narcissism, abuse or using ppl for personal needs.. #Inclusivewellbeing

Awareness is the Cure! Awareness is not Mental Alertness. It is Intense Gratitude in Living Experience without knowing the word exists! It is Bliss, Clarity, Ultimate Knowing, Inclusiveness, and it is not an Idea or Philosophy, Concept or Fantasy! It is not something You have to find or cultivate, it is You, it is always there, You are Just Missing it, Your Blinded by Your Memory and the Massive amount of Conditioning we have all been placed under in our Culture! Being Comple...tely Aware, even for One Second, is Transformative, which means nothing of the Old Exist, the Old is just Memory, we are so addicted to Memory, but Past/Memory does not Exist, Only Now exist, and when in Awareness You realize that 100%. You have two choices, stay with the Old, live in the Past, and Slowly Die, or become completely Alive, Live Now and in full Awareness, and see Life as it is! Life is not Out There! It is Completely Within, You have never experienced anything outside of Yourself, everything is brought into You via Your senses, take those away, and You can feel nothing of what Is. The cure is Awareness, the Question is, How! How do I access what is already there? #Inclusivewellbeing

Wow, so I follow this channel on Youtube, they take Sadhguru talks and lectures, and re mix it, adding in Binaural Beats, Wind, Water Falls, and Nature sounds to make it very relaxing and therapeutic for Listener, but Youtube says its repetitive and that the creator of the page can no longer use it too monetize that video's, as it does take hours to remix the videos for our benefit, check it out and re post, its a great page and very well done!! What is this Energy? The Yogi's and Ancient Eastern practices talk about Life Force, Chi, Prana, Kundalini, a primordial Force that is within all of Us, but most never get access to it, b/c our systems are not set up for it, our systems are set up for survival, that is given to Us, survival is everything to do with Getting Stuff, but today stuff is more about things we don't really need, including our need to be Liked, Wanted, Recognized, etc,,all these things and identificat...ions suppress this Energy, but when it is run full flow, then Awareness rises up. Awareness is just Gratitude in Experience, You don't think about the things you have a then appreciate it, You just Know, as an Experience, not a Thought or Idea.. Sadhguru is usually on the road 300 days a year, and suffers no jet lag, no lapses in Energy or Vigor, and he's been doing this for over 30yrs straight, and he's in his 60's, just watch the recent Frisbee video, and tell me How does a Man like this do that?
