Indian Day School Claims

Working with your own Legal Counsel We are here to assist you in your claim; our legal fees are 5% of any award. There is no fee owed if you do not receive compensation. We provide one on one confidential legal services. We collect the evidence/support for you to put your best claim forward to the Administrator. We submit your claim on your behalf to the Administrator and follow up to provide you updates to your claim. We will advocate for you under the Reconsideration, Third-Party Assessor and Exceptions Committee process if required. In addition, to the above services we provide personal estate legal services, we are always happy to assist.
