We're hiring! The Indian River Festival is looking to fill the position of Executive Director. The Festival seeks a highly self-motivated candidate to fulfil its mission, vision and strategic plan along with the Festival Board and Artistic Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will manage the day-to-day operations of the Festival at its office located in Kensington, PEI and provide leadership in program development, organizational operations..., and financial practices. You will be the Festival’s primary public ambassador, developing productive relationships with the many stakeholders of the organization funders and supporters in public and private sectors, the local community leaders and colleagues in similar organizations.
