How do we tell our animals apart if they look exactly the same? It’s a question we often get here at Canada’s Dinosaur Park. All of the animals that reside here have their own ID cards that include an individual ID number and other important information. However, some of the animals look almost identical and we need something more to tell them apart. In these instances we use microchips, much like the ones used to identify cats and dogs.

We know it was a long wait and we deeply apologize for longer than normal wait times. We were not expecting the turn out we had and we had to navigate through the night the best we could! A rainbow for the end of the season Yesterday was the last day of our regular season, and we went out with a bang! No one can deny it's been quite the year all over the world and we had our doubts about how our season would turn out... Our fans turned it up and out and showed us their support and we are so grateful for each and everyone one of you who came out to support our reptile Sanctuary! ... The Dinosaur Drive-Thru was an idea from a board member, during a time we were in need of a creative idea to help with funding. We brought the park to life in a short amount of time and the feedback and support was so amazing and overwhelming that we were able to not only continue it all season long, but expand and add new members to our dinosaur family! We also had some pretty great staff who helped us keep it together and running smoothly to give you and your families the much needed adventure they deserved! Now we are going to take a small break from our busy season, get caught up on some sleep and see everyone again soon! Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
