ICI is Growing & Require Industrial Controls Engineers and Electrical Technologists. Industrial Controls Integration Ltd. is a controls system integrator servicing a wide variety of industry sectors. With a diverse customer base, our projects include factory assembly lines, special purpose machinery, building automation, and process controls for the pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries. Position Requirements... Degree in an electrical engineering or automation field, plus 2-5 years working experience directly involving control system integration in a regulated industry such as medical, pharmaceutical or nuclear. Experience writing and executing SAT and FAT documents. Familiarity with CFR21-Part11 guidelines would be an asset. Programming, commissioning and troubleshooting experience with Rockwell software products RSLogix5000, FTView, AssetManager and others. Experience with some of the following: Visual Basic SQL databases and data collection SCADA packages such as WonderWare Process controls, setup and tuning of PID loops Industrial networks such as DeviceNet, ControlNet or Ethernet/IP. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently or as a team player. Strong communication skills are required. Must have excellent problem solving skills and be able to quickly troubleshoot electrical circuits and program logic. Able to prepare electrical schematics and panel layouts using AutoCAD and bills of material in Microsoft Excel. Familiar with the Ontario electrical safety code.
