TEMPORARY STUDIO CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT To say that we are upset and disappointed by the announcement that was made Thursday afternoon is an understatement. We are absolutely devastated that for third time this year, we will have to temporarily shut our doors. It’s been an incredibly difficult year for not only us as a business but for our clients as well and we cannot thank everyone enough for their outpour of love and support, understanding and sympathy during this difficul...t time. As of April 6th, 2021, ALL enrolled classes (children’s dance sessions, dance programs, fitness programs and special needs dance programs) along with all other services such as private lessons, studios rentals, private groups and day camps will be suspended for 28 days. With this being said, ALL enrolled classes and programs have been temporarily moved online for the duration of 28 days and will return back in studio once it is safe to do so. ALL drop in classes will continue to be offered online via live stream and registration for our drop in classes will be cut off at 4PM daily. We invite everyone of all ages, levels and abilities to join us online and we hope to have the opportunity to dance with you soon. It’s extremely sad and unfortunate that our dance community here in Windsor is so divided. We’re much stronger together than we are apart and in tough times such as these it’s more important than ever that we come together as one and up lift each other. I woke up this morning to multiple negative reviews on Google from individuals that have never visited our facility. Not only was Industry negatively reviewed and targeted but almost ALL local dance studio’s here in Windsor Es...sex County were as well. As a small business, reviews and customer feedback are extremely important. Having false comments made by individuals that are trying to be malicious and lack of a better term, beat out the competition is absolutely disgusting. Our industry has already been negatively impacted enough this past year due to COVID-19, we don’t need more. The arts community here in Windsor is small, we should be sticking together and standing strong as one, not putting other studios down. The reasoning behind this post is to educate. This type of behaviour NEEDS to end. As dance teachers it’s our job to teach right from wrong. This type of behaviour is not teaching the next generation right from wrong, it’s teaching them what NOT to do. If you have a minute, show your local dance studio’s some love. We’re changing things up this year and bringing our annual Christmas Recital to you! Starting on November 2nd, your #SMALLS will not only have the opportunity to participate in our 7 Week Christmas Session, but they will also have the opportunity to star in their very own prof...essionally shot, HOLIDAY MOVIE. We’ve partnered with Mactools.visual this holiday season to provide your child with a true dance industry experience. Your #SMALLS will have the opportunity to experience being on set, dancing in their very own music video, and being part of a real video shoot. We will be shooting each individual classes routines on Saturday, December 12th in studio, at designated time slots to ensure proper social distancing is being practiced. Mactools Visual will be providing each family with their very own copy of our Holiday Movie so the whole family can sit back and enjoy the show in the comfort of their very own home. For those who choose to participate in our live streamed, Virtual Session don’t worry, you won’t be missing out on the holiday fun! Your child will have the EXACT same opportunity as those who choose to participate in studio, except, instead of coming in-studio to shoot the movie we will be asking families to send in videos of their child doing their Christmas Routine in their costumes.
