In case you haven't noticed, we love woodwork! This project in Pemberton Heights was such a pleasure to work on with all ipe decking, screens, fences, etc. We're very happy with how it all came together. Here are some of my favourite photos, including some taken when my daughter came along to make sure everything was up to scratch . There are a few things we'll be coming back to add this year so stay tuned!

We were thrilled to get back and take some photos of our ipe pool deck project this summer. The framing and finishing detail for this deck was some of the most intricate and complicated we've had to do so far, so it's very rewarding to see the pool filled up and looking good! The landscape architect for this one was @paulsanghacreative and we were asked to help with the deck and fence by @crocus_landscaping

Another fun project over the summer where we finally got to try out clear yellow cedar decking from @pocobuildingsupplies. We were lucky enough to get the help of keen homeowner and Vancouver socialite @jparlato5, and got some big weekend shifts in on this one. The yellow cedar was easy to work with and is great value for money. Looking forward to seeing how it silvers over time and joining in for a few summer evening drinks in 2021

These clients in Strathcona wanted a new lower level deck in their yard for extra usable space for their young family. We tried to keep a good flow with the existing upper deck and create as much seating space within the deck as possible. The light blonde tones of the cedar decking work really well with the colour of the house. We're really happy with the overall shape of the deck and look of the yard

This was another fun project from earlier this year. We were asked by @crocus_landscaping to help out with some arbours, privacy screens, a front gate and BBQ pergola at this beautiful home in Horseshoe Bay built by @stanhope_projects. The homeowner knew the style and colour she wanted to compliment the house and we helped bring her vision to life. Very happy with how it turned out!

All oiled up and looking good! I doubt there are going to be many more windows of opportunity to get oiling done this season so glad to get this done this week.

Our Kerrisdale project designed by @paulsanghacreative - The materials used on this one compliment each other beautifully. Ipe decking left to silver naturally, grey sandstone paving, and corten steel planters. We helped with the trees but the homeowners took care of the rest of the planting themselves - great job!
