As this year is coming to a close, I know many cannot wait for this unprecedented year to come to an end! But as the year ends, many of us reflect, take stock, and pause to reflect on the many blessings we have experienced in the past year. I for one have been doing this over the past few days. I will do my best to keep this short (too late I know)...but I am so grateful for many things, experiences and of course people in my life! I am so grateful for the roller coas...ter ride that has been 2020! Out of necessity I was able to start Inspire by Keri...but it was not done on my own. I am so grateful for the support, encouragement, frank advice and lessons I have gathered this past year. From the help of my dear friend and marketing guru Andrea Duchene - my logo, brand and esthetic designer and Chatham Kent sales and delivery person ...to borrowing coolers for the Downtown Windsor Farmers Market from Stephanie Sneyd Caruso, Mark Caruso, and Ravi Michael Dalaya....thank you so much. To Sarah at The Cheese Bar for her encouragement and support along this journey..a big thank you. To all my friends and family that made an effort to come and support me at the Downtown Windsor Farmers Market...and pop ups and to the new friends I have made at the markets....I so appreciate you. And...to my partner in crime...Alex. He has been my operations guy, tent setter upper, box maker, delivery driver, shoulder to cry on, taste tester, sales person, cheerleader, tag writer, and all around supporter....there are no words to express my gratitude. And finally...thank you to all my new customers, repeat customers and collaborators- it is all because of you...that this year was pretty darn great! Happy New Year!

Happy First day of October! A new month means a new Feature Flavour! To celebrate October, our Inspired Feature Flavour is Pumpkin Spice! I know...pumpkin spice seems pretty uninspired considering it is October, and pumpkin spice is the seasonal rage. BUT...we have done it a bit different. Introducing the Pumpkin Patch Pack! These macarons have a pumpkin spice shell filled with a rich chocolate ganache flavoured with more pumpkin spice! DELISH! I had a blast creating the little pumpkin macarons to be included in this three pack. The Pumpkin Patch Pack includes three macarons, one cute little pumpkin and two regular macarons.
